-
What Do I Need For My Visit? You must have: -A computer, tablet, or video capable smart phone. (For best results we don’t recommend a phone) -The Zoom app. We aim to make your experience unlike anything you have experienced on Zoom before. You will feel like you are visiting with Santa in the North Pole! -High-speed internet. Whatever you experience on other video conferencing platforms will be similar to what you’ll find with us.
-
How Long is a Visit? Each visit is up to 5 minutes long. However, please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to make sure your camera and microphone are working. Time is crucial for Santa. He has a lot to do between now and Christmas. With so many children to see even just a minute late backs up the whole operation. If you are 2 minutes late you will not be able to join the visit out of fairness to the other children waiting. Personalized recorded Santa visits are usually between 2 and 3 minutes long depending on how many children you have.
-
How Much is a Visit?Visit Santa Online offers a few options. Pricing can be found on the Book Now page. For corporate events & large gatherings please send a message to: Santa@visitsantaonline.com

-
Is There an Age Limit to Visit with Santa?Nope! Like the song says “… kids from 1-92.”
-
Can I Personalize My Visit? You’ll be able to provide Santa with all the information needed when you book your visit with Santa. Such as, what they want for Christmas, their elf on the shelf’s names, pet names, things that deserve praise (ex: school work) and things could use improvement (ex: brushing teeth). We know how impactful it can be for this type of information to be relayed through Santa. Depending on how many children are on the visit Santa Will try to include as much of the informantion you provide as possible.
-
Will I Receive a Recording of My Visit with Santa?Yes! You will receive a memorable souvenir video of your visit with Santa to keep and share with friends and family free with your visit!
-
Why Do You Need My Address?Santas knowledge of where you live is just another aid in forging a solid belief in the minds of children. Knowing that Santa "knows" where you live can be very impactful.
-
How Early Do I Need to Log on for My Visit? We suggest that you log on at least 5 minutes before your session to make sure your video and sound are working properly. We will connect you with Santa as soon as possible.

-
It's Past My Appointment Time And Santa's Not Here?Santa is a professional at time managment. After all he does get around the world in one night. However, on some occasions he might be running a miniute or two late. Don't worry! He'll be right with you. If for some reason you are in the waiting room for more than two minutes after your time begins and Santa is not there. It could be a rare glitch that causes both parties to be waiting but neither one can see each other. In this case send a text message to Santa's tech Elf (347) 201-1537, and he'll get right on it. You may need to cancel your visit and relog in.
-
Will a Laptop Camera Be Suitable?A laptop, desktop, or iPad will work. A mobile phone would be the least desirable option.
-
Tips for the Best Experience! You know your child’s schedule best. Book your time accordingly. The better rested and fed your child is, the better the visit will be. How to make the video look good on your end: - Frame yourself from your shoulders up. - Make sure you are seated in a brightly lit room. - Feel free to add a festive background too if you wish. - Avoid a window or light directly behind you or to the side of you so you aren’t in shadow. - As the adult, you too can dress festively a screen shot. If everyone is dressed in their Christmas best, the screenshots can come out very well. - Understandably your child will be excited to see Santa. However, if your child yells loudly zoom will mute the audio and Santa can't hear them.
